The Website is intended for business users, including flooring importers, importer-distributors, procurement teams, and other professional buyers. It is not intended for consumer ecommerce, online payment, subscription services, or children.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you contact us, request a quotation, request a sample, or otherwise submit a business enquiry, we may receive information such as:
- your name and business contact details;
- company, role, market, country, and business profile information;
- product, specification, decor, sample, quotation, project, timing, destination, packaging, private-label, technical, compliance, or qualification requirements;
- the contents of your enquiry or message; and
- other information you choose to provide for the business purpose of your request.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, financial-account credentials, identity documents, health information, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for a business enquiry unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.
2.2 Technical and usage information
When the Website is used, the Website and its service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and diagnose the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language, requested URL, referring URL, timestamps, response status, and security or diagnostic events.
2.3 Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The Website uses necessary browser storage for essential functions and preference handling, including remembering your analytics choice where implemented.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is configured to remain disabled unless analytics is enabled for the production deployment and the visitor has affirmatively allowed analytics through Cookie Preferences.
You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the Website footer and change your analytics choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the Website's core pages or business enquiry functions.
3. Why we use personal information
We use personal information only for identified business purposes, including:
- operating, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Website;
- responding to contact enquiries;
- evaluating and processing Request Quote submissions;
- evaluating and processing Request Sample submissions;
- discussing product, technical, compliance, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, private-label, or commercial requirements;
- maintaining appropriate business correspondence and records;
- preventing abuse, fraud, automated misuse, and security incidents;
- complying with legal obligations and protecting legal rights; and
- measuring Website use through analytics after the required consent and configuration.
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our principal basis for handling ordinary B2B contact and enquiry information is our legitimate interest in receiving, evaluating, responding to, and maintaining genuine business communications and in protecting the Website. Steps requested before entering into a contract may also apply where the individual is personally a prospective contracting party or otherwise where that legal basis is appropriate. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations. Non-essential analytics are based on consent where required.
We do not rely on consent for processing that is strictly necessary to handle a business request where another lawful basis applies.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to recipients such as:
- Vercel, for Website hosting, delivery, security, and related infrastructure;
- GoDaddy Professional Email powered by Titan, for business email delivery and enquiry routing;
- Google Analytics 4, only after analytics is both enabled and permitted by the visitor's consent choice;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement or public authorities where permitted or required; and
- a genuine successor, purchaser, or transaction adviser if a corporate transaction requires appropriate due diligence and safeguards.
If you choose to contact us through an external service such as WhatsApp, that service processes information under its own terms and privacy notices.
Current JOYFUL operating practice: customer names, business email addresses, telephone numbers, and other enquiry contact identifiers are handled by JOYFUL and are not passed to Hubei Fulltune New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Product or manufacturing requirements may be discussed with the factory without the customer's personal contact identity.
We do not intentionally disclose personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. International processing and transfers
Because JOYFUL operates from China and uses service providers that may operate internationally, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you are located.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a particular safeguard for an international or restricted transfer, we will use a legally recognised transfer mechanism or other required safeguard. You may contact us at ray@joyfulflooring.com for information about the safeguard used for a particular transfer where applicable.
Where the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) requires specific information or separate consent for a transfer of personal information outside China, we will provide the required information and obtain any consent required before making that transfer.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account business need, legal obligations, dispute management, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
Our current retention baseline is:
- general business enquiries, Request Quote records, and Request Sample records: up to 24 months after the last meaningful business interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active transaction, contract, dispute, legal obligation, or legitimate recordkeeping need;
- consent evidence, where we maintain server-side evidence of a consent choice: up to 24 months, unless superseded earlier by a newer choice or a shorter period is required;
- browser-side preference data: until you change the preference, clear browser storage, or the Website replaces the preference under an updated consent process;
- GA4 user-level and event-level data: according to the retention period configured in the applicable GA4 property; and
- security, diagnostic, and infrastructure records: for the period reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and provider operations, subject to applicable provider settings and legal requirements.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, and destruction. These measures include appropriate access controls, validation and abuse-prevention measures, secure handling of credentials and configuration, consent controls for non-essential analytics, and encrypted HTTPS transport in production.
No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. You should not send information through the Website that is unnecessary for the business purpose of your enquiry.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are located and which law applies, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing and transfers.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.
To make a privacy request, contact ray@joyfulflooring.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection supervisory authority. Other rights may apply under the laws of your location where the relevant legal conditions are met.
9. Automated decision-making
The Website is not designed to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. Business enquiries, quotations, samples, qualification discussions, and commercial decisions are reviewed through human business processes.
10. Children
The Website is a business-to-business Website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact ray@joyfulflooring.com.
11. Third-party websites and services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their own privacy notices before providing information to them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Website, service providers, processing practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on the Website with an updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.
