What order quantities should I plan around?
Published RFQ guidance lists 100 m² for standard decor and 1,000 m² for custom decor. The applicable MOQ is confirmed for the proposed configuration and order.
Can I discuss a trial order or mixed decors?
Yes. JOYFUL’s importer guidance allows trial orders and mixed-decor containers. Include the intended quantity and decor mix so the order can be reviewed together.
How should I plan timing?
The website gives approximately 25–30 days as typical guidance for new or custom orders. State your target timing early; actual lead time, availability and order details are confirmed through RFQ and quotation.
What needs confirming for a sample?
Identify the decor reference, destination and the question you want to resolve. Sample format, availability, freight and timing are confirmed case by case.
What happens on the manufacturing side?
The published SPC process overview covers mixing, extrusion, UV, cutting, profiling and packing. Operational QC includes in-process, handling and packing checks; product test results are reviewed through the relevant technical documents.
